Tie Luo was a Foundation Establishment cultivator residing in the Heavenly South Region. He takes the appearance of a large bald man. He was a member of the Black Fiend School[1]. Within the school he held considerable influence. He was permitted direct audiences with the master of the school. He is impatient and hungry for power. He rapidly increased his cultivation resulting in unstable foundations[2].
As a member of the Black Fiend School, Tie Luo is a practitioner of the Devil Dao. Much like other members of the school, he requires a supply of blood essence taken from other cultivators. However this practice draws the ire of the major sects of the Seven Sect Alliance and minor sects of the region. As a result, the school attempted to conceal its activity by recruiting the Emperor and Royal Family of the State of Yue[3][4].
First Meeting[]
The royal family was involved in schemes to deliver a supply of blood sacrifices. As a result, Tie Luo was given a mission to protect members of the Royal Family[3]. He conscripted a group of Qi Condensation cultivators known as the Five Friends of Meng Mountain[5]. He did this by both using both a carrot and stick. He placed blood curses on their bodies forcing them to obey[2]. He enticed some of their members with promises of Foundation Establishment Pills[6]. He used these conscripted cultivators to watch over the royal family. Unfortunately these cultivators caught the attention of a member of the Yellow Maple Valley. This member was Han Li who was investigating threats to the Qin Clan. Han Li discovered the scheme and removed their blood curses.
Tie Luo was confronted by Han Li who was following the trail of evidence[7]. The confrontation led to combat. Tie Luo was surprised numerous times by Han Li's abilities. Tie Luo was forced to use his demon transformation in order to gain any advantages[8]. With the aid of the Five Friends of Meng Mountain, he was forced to retreat back to the school[9].
Invasion of the School[]
Tie Luo's fight resulted in an escalation. The Yellow Maple Valley organized a large assault force consisting of several Foundation Establishment cultivators. These cultivators launched an assault on the Black Fiend School[10]. As a result Tie Luo was forced to join the fight. He again assumed his demon form to combat the invaders. He died during the assault.
